These guys are for Airport Shuttle Service Only! If they pick you up for point to point, they are engaging in illegal activity. In the state of Alabama, if a company declares themselves a SHUTTLE, then that's what they's better BE. This company will be under review soon (as rumor has it in town) for complaints of not being on time for NON-Shuttle Pickups. Ooops! Yes, they've been caught! Yet as far as their service, I hear they're great! No complaints except that they do not service anyone before 6AM. Guess who does? Yep, that's right... The companies at 256-651-8637 oe 256-536-1113 do. 24/7, real taxi services. Great Job Airport Shuttle. Just be sure your're only shuttling, not operating as a taxi on the streets. I'm telling everyone because you are being watched. Your small 6-8 passenger vans do not qualify as shuttle vehicles either, yet you're all right with your clean, more modern vans. Good luck in business, I hear another shuttle will compete with you soon with much larger, real-shuttle quality vans. They will even have shuttle stops around the city.
